AF Minerals Equipment has already set up a comprehensive service system. All service engineers and service people of dealers are trained in the headquarters. To provide you with quality service, our team has a good working attitude and technical expertise about mining equipment-related technology.

Our company has a plant of stocks in the factory warehouse and can fully meet market demand and avoid machine stops caused by parts shortage.

We promise: After receiving the customer's call, we will provide a solution within 24 hours and arrive at the customer's site within 72 hours to ensure the equipment can be recovered the first time.

  1. Provide customer good pre-sales and after-sales service. Introduce customers to product performance and operation requirements, provide technical documents, and serve as a good consultant.
  2. Provide technical training to customers. Follow up key users about quality and service. Improve product performance and quality continuously according to customers' feedback.
  1. All AF Minerals Equipment customers will have one year or 2500 h quality guarantee. During the guarantee period, all parts repair and maintenance services are free. If there is a defect caused by machine quality, we will implement the responsibility written in the contract.
  2. If the guarantee period of the machine is expired, AF Minerals Equipment will continuously provide maintenance service and parts supply.
  3. Offer the best price of wear parts and spare parts for customers.
  4. After receiving customer complaints, AF Minerals Equipment will give the first response in the first hour and arrange an engineer for the field within 24 hours.
  5. AF Minerals Equipment will arrange engineers to visit the customer’s site and help the customer install and test the machines until the machines are running without trouble. If it is required, AF Minerals Equipment will provide training to the customer to help the customer master the operation, maintenance, and repair of the machine. After the machine is done, AF Minerals Equipment will provide a solution within 24 hours after receiving the customer's call.
